About The HAMlet

The HAMlet is an airy casual island cottage set on nicely maintained grounds full of pleasant growth. You and your family are just a few minutes walk from the beach. The cottage has one comfortable private bedroom. A glassed-in sitting area and the ham shack each offer additional sleeping accommodations. The fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave will serve you well. The bathroom is clean and has a hot water shower.

The Hamlet does not normally need air conditioning -- many of our guests find that the normal tropical breezes, sometime aided by a fan or two, provide a comfortable temperature inside. However, the bedroom does have a window mounted air conditioning unit that can be activated if necessary, but keep in mind the expensive cost of island energy.

Cable TV is available so you can keep up with international news...or you may leave it turned off and let the world take care of itself for a few days. High-speed Internet is also available for those bringing a computer with a network access card.
